Uses
Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
ED consists of the inability of a human male to achieve or sustain an erection for an adequate amount of time. For this condition, Tadarise PRO 20 mg is the primarily prescribed medication. It facilitates vasodilation and improves the blood flow to the penis. In this way, Tadarise PRO 20 mg enhances the body’s natural reaction to sexual stimulation.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
BPH refers to unnatural, non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate. This impairment is generally coupled with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), as the enlarged prostate often exerts pressure on the urinary tract. Tadarise PRO 20 mg is prescribed for BPH, specifically the urinary tract symptoms. It relaxes the smooth muscle tissues and improves the blood flow in the bladder neck and the urinary tract. It does not reduce the size of the enlarged prostate but relieves resistance to the urinary function.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
When there is excess blood pressure in the pulmonary artery (over 20 mmHg), the blood flow to the lungs, from the right hear is impaired. This condition causes the right side of the heart to overwork, leading to right heart strain. Tadarise PRO 20 mg is prescribed for PAH as it facilitates smooth muscle relaxation and improves blood flow in the pulmonary artery. This medication not only restores the function of the pulmonary artery but also

Dosage Information
Erectile Dysfunction (On-Demand)
Recommended dose: 10 mg tadalafil (½ tablet) before sexual activity. The dosage may be increased to 20 mg (1 tablet).
Maximum limit: 20 mg tadalafil (1 tablet) in 24 hours.
Important clinical information: Do not exceed 1 tablet per day. No repeat dosing within 24 hours. Dose reduction is required in patients with renal/hepatic conditions.
Erectile Dysfunction (Once-Daily)
Recommended dose: 2.5–5 mg tadalafil daily (⅛–¼ tablet).
Maximum limit: 5 mg tadalafil per day (¼ tablet).
Important clinical information: A 20 mg tablet is not ideal for daily therapy due to splitting inaccuracy. A single 5 mg tablet can show effectiveness for ED (daily use) in 5 days.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
Recommended dose: 5 mg tadalafil daily (¼ tablet).
Maximum limit: 5 mg tadalafil per day (¼ tablet).
Important clinical information: For BPH, continuous daily dosing is required. A 20 mg full tablet is not recommended for BPH.
Erectile Dysfunction + BPH
Recommended dose: 5 mg tadalafil daily (¼ tablet).
Maximum limit: 5 mg tadalafil per day (¼ tablet).
Important clinical information: The 20 mg dosage for an on-demand basis is not used for combined therapy.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
Recommended dose: 40 mg tadalafil daily (2 tablets).
Maximum limit: 40 mg tadalafil per day (2 tablets).
Important clinical information: Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Doses above 40 mg do not provide additional benefit, but can increase the chances of side effects.
How Tadarise PRO 20mg Works
Tadarise PRO 20 mg consists of the active ingredient Tadalafil (20 mg). It targets the NO-cGMP pathway that is involved in circulatory response to external stimuli. Any disruption in this system can result in conditions such as ED and PAH.
Under normal circumstances, the nerve cells/ endothelial tissues release nitric oxide (NO). NO rapidly diffuses into the surrounding tissues, activating an enzyme known as guanylate cyclase. This enzyme converts guanosine triphosphate (GTP) into cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
cGMPs are important secondary chemical messengers that drive physiological processes in the endothelial tissues. It reduces intracellular calcium and facilitates the entry of potassium ions into the cells. This causes the smooth muscle tissues to relax and dilation of the blood vessels (vasodilation).
After a certain amount of time, another enzyme known as phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) is released as a response to excess cGMP. It breaks down the cGMP molecules, reducing their effects in the tissues. This reaction is essential so that the anatomical systems resume their normal functioning eventually.
However, in some individuals, the PDE-5 effect is premature or excessive. This leads to undesirable vascular toning and constriction of blood vessels. It hampers the blood flow to the region and can lead to several disorders based on the location of the impairment.
Tadarise PRO 20 mg acts on the PDE-5 enzyme. As a result, the cGMP molecules can facilitate normal physiological functions in the body. This medication allows the dilation of blood vessels and improves the blood flow in the region, thus restoring the routine functions of the tissues.
